Usage

Very pure and very coarse refined sea salt. Size of the salt grain: from 4-6 mm. Sea salt has a unique taste and is used in food production as a taste enhancer or spice. This salt can be used for the production of food and cosmetics as well as for spa purposes. Sea salt, unlike the fine vacuum salt, contains several trace elements and minerals. Thanks to higher magnesium content, the taste of sea salt is milder.

Sea salt is a naturally white crystalline substance derived from ocean or sea water. Salt water is purified from microorganisms using industrial methods, and salt is produced in factories according to the desired size of the salt grain.

Additional description

Sea salt is normally produced in an ecological manner, using sunlight and wind, but the salt obtained in this manner does not comply with food handling requirements and hygiene and cleanliness standards. Pure salt, which can only be ensured by industrial production, is suited to food production.
