Broxo salt tablets by Akzo Nobel AS are made of pressed and sifted vacuum salt of the highest category that contain more than 99.8% of NaCl. Salt tablets of the highest quality.

 

Type of salt

Water that is too hard must be softened. One of the most important components for conducting this operation in water softening facilities is salt. The effectiveness of water softening equipment largely depends on the type of salt used in them, which is the basis of the softener’s operation. Concentrated salt is required. Good salt is one that dissolves gradually, giving only the required amount of salt, and does not decompose. In order to meet these requirements, AKZO NOBEL, in cooperation with suppliers of softening equipment, has developed very pure, highly efficient types of reduction salt. We offer you Broxo and Broxetten products, the quality of which is guaranteed by the ISO 9002 certificate.

Broxetten products are intended for centralised water softening systems and the strictest technical requirements.

Description of origin

 

Broxo salt tablets dissolve evenly and gradually in water softening equipment, ensuring a reduction cycle with NaCl until the very end. When producing reduction salt products under inappropriate, insufficiently high pressure, the end result is salt tablets that decompose prematurely in water softening equipment without ensuring the correct water softening cycle and creating salt lumps, blockages in the salt tank and other parts of the machine.
