KNZ Tradition Standard salt lick with added selenium and iodine is the most popular product of the wide range of KNZ products.

Selenium not only stimulates fertility and prevents various muscle disorders, but also improves the overall health status and increases the effectiveness of iodine. Iodine is needed for the growth and development of the animal, and this is particularly important for pregnant cows.

Formulation with a balanced content of magnesium, zinc, and copper.

KNZ TRADITION STANDARD provide animals with the required daily dose of salt and trace elements in the complementary feed.

Iodine improves blood circulation, stimulates the activity of all enzymes, and facilitates milk production.

 

Composition

The salt block consists of vacuum salt of the highest quality with added micro- and macroelements depending on the formulation.

Provides the amount of salt as needed with no risk of overuse. Usage is effective, there is no surplus, and the salt does not crumble.

Recommendations for use

1. Ensure the KNZ salt lick throughout the year.

2. Ensure that the KNZ salt lick is freely available.

3. Average consumption: one KNZ block per animal or one KNZ block per 10-15 sheep.

4. Place the salt lick block at the height of the animal’s chest.

5. Ensure that water is available at all times.
