Usage
SUPRASEL vacuum salt is Danish salt produced at Akzo Nobel Salt A/S factory, and it is recommended for using in the food processing industry. It is an easy-to-use product of the highest quality. It is used in the processing of milk, meat, fish, bread, ketchup, mayonnaise, chips, salty snacks, fruit and vegetables, drinks and juices.
Type of salt
Salt is a natural white, odourless crystalline substance that dissolves without leaving deposits. It is loose and does not form lumps. Fine vacuum salt dissolves quickly in liquids. Very dry.

Description of origin
The salt is obtained in Denmark and packed by Akzo Nobel Salt A/S with a washing-out and vacuum pumping method from deposits situated at a depth of 3 km not far from Akzo Nobel Salt A/S. The salt obtained from the deposit is transported to the plant by pipeline, which means that the salt practically does not come into contact with the environment and is of the highest purity. The quality of the salt meets the most stringent regulatory requirements for food business in the European Union, as demonstrated by the many certificates.
