Usage

 

Fine salt for daily production traditionally used in Latvia. Suitable for fish, meat salting, vegetable preservation, and bread production.

 

Type of salt

Fine salt is a natural white, odourless crystalline substance that dissolves without leaving deposits, is loose and does not form lumps.  Fine salt dissolves in liquids quickly.

Description of origin

“Extra Polesie” salt from Belarus is fine evaporated salt.  It contains 50-70 times less impurities than rock salt.  NaCl volume in “Extra Polesie” salt exceeds 99.7%, meeting the requirements for table salt.
